I'm Adrian. A UX & Product Designer with over 8 years experience in the travel, ecommerce & lead generation sectors.
TUI (2019 - present)
Experienced working on a large digital transformation project, with a focus on conversion rate optimisation.
From 2019-2022, I was a UX Designer working in a small-cross functional team, within the Search, Book & Pay areas. I contributed to product roadmaps, working on both large & small scale optimisation tasks.
Promoted to Senior UX Designer in 2022, I lead the design process from concept to implementation.
Experienced collaborating with product, engineering, research and data teams. Driving discovery, leading workshops that support alignment, strategy, and ideation, designing, testing & validating solutions with both qual & quant insight. I design user-centered solutions, that meet both the immediate & broader product strategy.
Increasing conversion of 'Dynamic' packages by £1.5m.
I optimised our flight selection component, resulting in improved conversion, progression & increase in revenue and margin, across 3 separate iterations.
My role: UX, Research.
Streamlining the pay experience, increasing revenue by £22.5m.
I redesigned the payment page, creating a simpler experience. Improving conversion, decreasing page exits & significantly increasing revenue and margin.

Enhancing mobile seat selection, improving conversion by +£200k.
I optimised our seat selection component. Resulting in improved seating uptake, higher overall conversion & a strong increase in margin.

Creating a scalable holiday summary for global markets.
I designed a new holiday summary component, that can be adapted, scaled & reused across different parts of the booking journey, reducing design & tech debt.

Reallymoving (2017 - 2019)
Experienced leading an end-to-end design process solo.
From 2017-2019, I was the sole Product Designer at Reallymoving, responsible for the end-to-end experience. My role included research, stakeholder requirement gathering, workshop facilitation, testing, wireframing, prototyping, visual design & developer handoff.

Led interactive UX sessions with new and existing colleagues. Introducing the design thinking process and providing an ‘Intro into UX’ training.

Introduced in-person moderated testing sessions. Recruited participants, facilitated sessions & workshop analysis with other stakeholders.
Improving lead quality and registrations by 143%
Reallymoving provide lead generation services to removals companies. I redesigned the current ‘Volume Calculator’ component, which allows users to list individual removal items, resulting in a 143% increase of user registrations using the new component.
